My 8 week programme gives you eight 1-1 sessions, a follow up email with session analysis, a goal for the next session and text support between sessions.
During this programme, we will:
* Analyse your current levels of fitness
* Establish the goals you want to achieve
* Identify current lifestyle and fitness habits
* Set weekly goals that will challenge you but still be achievable
* Use structured and progressive sessions to ensure you build a solid fitness base
* Analyse your progress after 4 weeks and make adjustments to the programme if required
* Establish better nutritional habits
12 Week Programme

My 12 week programme gives you twelve 1-1 sessions, a follow up email with session analysis, a goal for the next session and text support between sessions.
During this programme, we will:
* Cover all areas of the 8 week programme plus:
* Establish a weekly habits checklist to ensure your fitness, nutrition and motivation goals are being achieved
* Establish a primary goal that you want to achieve and secondary goals
* Analyse your progress after 4 and 8 weeks and make adjustments to the programme if required
