HOW WILL YOU HELP ME IMPROVE?
Pure Performance is dedicated to helping every rider achieve their goals no matter what their current level. We have experience of working with competitive and non competitive riders, from complete beginners up to the GB Team. We are riders ourselves and know what it takes to get the maximum enjoyment from our time on the bike. We work closely with all our clients to fit training around their lives. There is no need to sacrifice everything with our training plans. We will work with you to assess how much time you have to train and build your plan accordingly.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PLAN?
Our monthly Performance Coaching is available for Downhill, Enduro and Cross Country. We will hold an initial informal rider consultation (free of charge) to go through your goals and what you expect from the training plan. When we have agreed on the best plan for you going forward we will offer you the following:
* Monthly training plan
* Weekly training plans with detailed training prescription
* Full email and telephone support
* Weekly Skype chat to analyse the weeks training
* Benchmark Performance Testing (approximately every 8 weeks)
* Performance analysis (cadence, speed, heart rate) where applicable
* Race analysis (where applicable)
* Video analysis (where applicable)
* Coach paid Premium Athlete account on Training Peaks
* Nutrition advice
* Discipline specific Strength Training
* Bike fitting
* Suspension setting
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Monthly Performance Coaching is £80 per month and is based on a rolling monthly plan. You aren't tied down to any annual fees etc. For riders under 18 that wish to use our services, we require parental consent before we start any training plans.
