HOW WILL YOU HELP ME IMPROVE?

Strength & Conditioning is a very individual and often misunderstood thing. Often, the first comments we get are "I don't want to look like a bodybuilder from lifting all those big weights", or "I'm not a professional fitness trainer". Don't worry, you won't become enormous (unless that's your goal). Becoming stronger doesn't always mean becoming bigger as well. Everyone has different goals, different physical demands, and are at different stages of physical fitness. Whatever level you are at, we can help. We have experience of working with a wide range of clients from absolute beginners up to experienced athletes. We work closely with all our clients to fit training around their lives. There is no need to sacrifice everything with our training plans. We will work with you to assess how much time you have to train and build your plan accordingly. 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING?

 

Our Strength & Conditioning service is available for all individuals who have real jobs and real life to cope with. We will hold an initial informal client consultation (free of charge) to go through your goals and what you expect from the personal training plan. Some of our most popular services include:

 

* Posture improvement

* General health  

* Injury reduction

* Metabolic improvement

* Balance

When we have agreed on your goals and the best plan for you going forward (number of sessions per week etc), we will offer you the following: 

* Structured session plans

* Short, Medium and Long Term goal setting

* Full email and telephone support

* Weekly meeting to analyse the weeks training

* Full body assessment to check for muscle imbalance, postural issues etc

* Regular Performance Testing (approximately every 8 weeks)

* Nutrition advice

* Home based stretching and flexibility exercises

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our Personal Training sessions are £30 per session. With the individual requirements of this service, the location can be at a venue that is most suitable to you, or at one of our fitness centre locations in the North West.
