No-one likes to get injured, but unfortunately, it's a part of sport. For many people, the road back to fitness can seem like a daunting task. That is why we are here with you every step of the way to ensure you return to your sport better and stronger than before. We will work with you to assess your injury, your goals for returning to sport, how much time you have to train and build your plan accordingly.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN INJURY REHABILITATION?
Our Injury Rehabilitation service is available for everyone from amateur gym goers up to elite athletes. We will hold an initial informal client consultation (free of charge) to go through your goals and what you expect from the rehabilitation programme. Some of our most popular services include:
When we have agreed on your goals and the best plan for you going forward (number of sessions per week etc), we will offer you the following:
* Structured session plans
* Short, Medium and Long Term goal setting
* Full email and telephone support
* Weekly meeting to analyse the weeks training
* Full body assessment to check for muscle imbalance, postural issues etc
* Regular Performance Testing (approximately every 8 weeks)
* Nutrition advice
* Home based stretching and flexibility exercises
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our Personal Training sessions are £30 per session. With the individual requirements of this service, the location can be at a venue that is most suitable to you, or at one of our fitness centre locations in the North West.
